By using the PetOtelim application and website, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms of use.

General Use

PetOtelim is a management application designed for pet hotel operators. The app covers stay management, grooming, daycare, accounting and AI assistant features.

Premium Subscription

PetOtelim offers an auto-renewable monthly subscription:

• Subscription name: Pet Otelim Premium
• Subscription duration: 1 month
• Price: 599.99 TRY / month
• Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: Your iTunes/App Store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Free trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited upon purchase confirmation.

Managing Your Subscription

To manage or cancel your subscription: go to iPhone/iPad Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Content and Intellectual Property

All content, logos and brand assets in the app and website are subject to applicable rights. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.

Service Changes

PetOtelim reserves the right to make changes to app features, subscription pricing and content. Price changes will be communicated in advance.

Limitation of Liability

PetOtelim does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app. Reasonable care is taken to prevent data loss resulting from app usage.
